Written and produced by ALBA and mastered by John Webber (Nina Simone, David Bowie) at AIR Studios, ‘Child of the Stars’ is a song about a little girl who has lost her faith in the world after she sees all the damage and hatred that humanity is capable of. The story touches upon climate change, war and violence, and our self-destructive nature, but also on our compassion, our ability to love and to be a driver of positive change in the world. Alba says that she is thrilled to have teamed up with Sara, who created a piece of gorgeous visual art that elevates the message of the song. |
