      Mental Health Awareness Week 14-20 May 2018, Part 1

This item consists of interviews conducted by Wayne Walton and is divided into two parts. In Part 1 we focus on the topic of stress, how to deal with it in day to day life, and how stress can lead to mental ill-health if not dealt with. Two men, Jon and Pete share their inspirational life stories and talk about their experience with stress at the workplace and its effect on their health, and also about their voluntary commitment to helping others cope with mental ill-health as Time To Change Champions. Earlier this year in February, Waltham Forest became the first funded Time to Change hub in London. Find out how you can get involved.
